Returns & refund policy

Time limit

Return or refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

How to request

Email sales@porcelaincompany.com with your name, the order or quote number, the product reference and quantity, and the reason for your request. If the goods arrived damaged, please attach photos of the material and the packaging.

We will reply to confirm your request and explain how and where to return the material.

Condition of the goods

Material must be returned unlaid, uncut and unaltered, in its original packaging in good condition.

Please check the goods on delivery and note any visible packaging damage on the carrier’s delivery note.

Refund

Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we will confirm the refund, made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Your rights

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.
