Delivery to any country
Road freight across Europe and, worldwide, 20 ft sea containers (up to 25 t): about 1,200 m² of standard porcelain, 1,500 m² of XL slabs or 550 m² of 20 mm outdoor pavers per container. We prepare the export documents and quote freight before you confirm.
Technical documentation
CE marking to EN 14411, data sheets, slip resistance (R10 to R12, class 3 outdoors) and French UPEC classification for certified collections.

FAQ
Is there a minimum order for projects?
Yes: 150 m² for deliveries within Europe (road freight) and one 20 ft container, about 1,200 m² of standard porcelain, for the rest of the world. Several collections can be combined to reach the minimum.
Do you offer special prices for large volumes?
Yes. For multi-pallet orders, containers and projects with phased deliveries we prepare special volume pricing. Send us the m² and the destination and we will quote.
Do you ship to projects outside Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a minimum order, usually by container (full or mixed collections). We confirm freight and documentation before the order is placed.
Can you guarantee the same shade across the whole project?
We reserve material from one production batch for each model in the project, so the whole floor or wall has the same shade and calibre.
What technical documentation do you provide?
Data sheets, CE marking (EN 14411), absorption, strength and slip-resistance data and, for certified collections, the French UPEC classification.
How many m² fit in a container?
We ship in 20 ft containers, which fill up by weight (up to 25,000 kg): about 1,200 m² of standard porcelain (60x60, 60x120, 120x120), about 1,500 m² of 6 mm XL slabs or about 550 m² of 20 mm outdoor pavers. A 40 ft container takes hardly more weight, so several 20 ft containers are more economical for tiles.
Can collections be mixed in one container?
Yes, you can combine several collections and sizes in one shipment to cover the floors, walls and outdoor areas of the project.
