FAQ
How much is delivery to the UK?
Freight depends on the number of pallets and the exact address. We confirm freight cost and lead time before any payment; the bigger the order, the lower the cost per m².
Can I order a single box?
Yes. You can buy from one box (box price). Once your order reaches a full pallet, the lower pallet price applies automatically.
Can I see the tiles before buying?
Request samples from the product page: we send them to you and deduct their cost from your order.
Do I pay VAT after Brexit?
Our invoice is issued without Spanish VAT (export). UK import VAT and any duties are paid on import, usually through the carrier, who can also handle the customs clearance for you.
