1. Exchange of Defective Products

  • We only exchange porcelain items that are defective.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date the goods arrive at the destination.
  • If a product is confirmed defective, Porcelain Company will cover the cost of the replacement.
  • Exchanges are not available for non-defective products or for reasons other than defects.

2. Product Samples

  • Customers may request samples before making a purchase.
  • The symbolic cost of the sample will be deducted from the total purchase if an order is placed after sampling.
  • Samples are considered paid items, and the cost is applied as a credit towards a future purchase.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@porcelaincompany.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and details of the defect for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

4. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are strictly for defective items only.
  • Porcelain Company is not responsible for damages caused after delivery or for items used incorrectly.
